The three Local Authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups from across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland are looking for participants aged 18 or over, with lived experience of mental health needs, (including carers) to evaluate a number of bids applying to deliver new Mental Health Wellbeing and Recovery Services in the area.
As part of a panel of 6 people, you will be responsible for evaluating and scoring the service user/carer section of the anonymous bidders responses. This will be done by scoring answers to two questions as a group. The scores will be worth 15% of the total score of the bidders response.
To take part, you will be required to commit to attend two half-day sessions – the first to prepare and the second to score which will be as follows:-
Friday 28th April 2017 10.30am – 1.30pm – Room 5, 3rd Floor, Bosworth House, 22-28 Princess Road West, Leicester. LE1 6TP
Tuesday 2nd May 2017 10.00am – 3.00pm – Room 5, 3rd Floor, Bosworth House, 22-28 Princess Road West, Leicester. LE1 6TP
Refreshments and a light buffet lunch will be available at both sessions. Attendance will be on a voluntary basis however we will be able to cover any reasonable carers and/or travel expenses. Please note that each participant will be required to declare any potential interest before evaluation and agree to evaluate bids on an impartial basis. A declaration to this effect will be required to be signed before evaluation commences.
