Have you ever thought that Dementia and Hearing Loss are connected?
On the NHS England website there is a blog written by Professor Alistair Burns Professor of Old Age Psychiatry and Vice Dean for the Faculty of Medical and Human Sciences at The University of Manchester and is also the National Clinical Director for Dementia and Older Peoples’ Mental Health, NHS England and Paul Brecknell who has also had involvement in the same area.
The blog explores the link between Dementia and Hearing Loss and for anyone who has concerns about either of these, it is a fascinating piece of work.
