Details: Small Dru Yoga/ Mindful Movement sessions are on Wednesdays from 10 -11am at The Well Being Centre.
The sessions are open to all and tailored to meet the needs of the individuals on the day.
Simple elements are taught and practiced in a relax and nurturing way. Dru encourages flowing movements rather than holding static postures and can be effectively adapted to meet individual need.
The sessions are a great introduction for those new to yoga /mindful movement or those feeling a bit unsure about it. They are beneficial also for those returning to gentle exercise maybe after invasive treatment, operation, illness or injury.
